Join FEAT and Thom Cope, Attorney and Partner at Mesch, Clark & Rothschild on Wednesday, November 21st for a discussion on three rising court trends that you need to be aware of.

In this lunch and learn, FEAT Founding Board Member, Legal Partner and Author Thom Cope will cover three rising issues in employment law, including misclassification of independent contractors, the evolution (and potential future) of marijuana in the workplace, and the groundswell of workplace sexual harassment claims in the wake of the #Metoo movement.  While many of these issues have previously been seen as exclusive to Human Resources departments, the considerable risk they pose to an organization requires all executives to understand and address the interdepartmental complexities they present.

Join us to learn about common situations each of these trends arise from and some best practices to mitigate the risk they pose to your organization.  This month’s presentation should inspire much discussion for CFOs and financial professionals alike - we encourage you to RSVP early, as space will be limited!
