Committed to philanthropy, Katina and her young family dedicate their efforts to many notable causes in Tucson, in addition to Board service at Literacy Connects and Youth On Their Own. Katina holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and demonstrates her commitment to continuous improvement through her executive education pursuits at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and the Project Management Institute as a Certified Associate in Project Management.

Entree Selections:

Beef: Braised short ribs, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, crimini mushroom jus. Confit tomato and Chef’s veggies.

Fish: Seared sea bass, roasted garlic mashed potato. Red onion marmalade, citrus beurre blanc. Confit tomato and Chef’s veg.

Vegetarian: Grilled portabella mushroom filled with tofu and quinoa, confit tomatoes, chef’s veggies and balsamic syrup. 

Pre-paid reservations are requested by 4 pm on 1/11/18 to provide our venue with a guarantee. Cancellations will be accepted until this date and time, with credit applied toward a future FEAT event. Cancellations and credits are not available after 4 pm on 1/11/18. Late reservations will be accepted online until 4 pm on 1/16/18 with no option for cancellation or credit. Thank you.
