With more than 30 million privately held businesses in the US, they are the fabric of the American economy, yet multi-generational company’s tank at an alarming rate.  The degree of failure is 97% during the transition from the third generation to the fourth.  In this presentation you will learn:

- Actionable strategies that company executives, employees and their service providers can employ to achieve the successful transition

Katina Koller—Former Chairwoman, CEO and owner—and the Teams she lead have been recognized for many awards including the INC 5000 list as one of the fastest growing privately-held companies in America for two consecutive years.

Committed to philanthropy, Katina and her young family dedicate their efforts to many notable causes in Tucson, in addition to Board service at Literacy Connects and Youth On Their Own. Katina holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and demonstrates her commitment to continuous improvement through her executive education pursuits at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and the Project Management Institute as a Certified Associate in Project Management.
