Member Application

Membership is open to senior financial-oriented organizational leaders.  Staying true to these criteria is critical in maintaining the level of leadership that will encourage and sustain the organization in meeting its value to the members.

FEAT members will:

1)     Act with honesty and integrity, avoiding actual or apparent conflicts of interest in personal and professional relationships.

2)     Perform professional duties in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations of federal, state, and local governments, and with appropriate regulatory agencies.

3)     Provide constituents with information that is accurate, complete, clear, relevant, timely, and understandable.

4)     Perform all duties responsibly and in good faith, without misrepresenting material facts or allowing one's independent judgment to be subordinated.

5)     Keep information confidential except when disclosure is authorized or legally required.  Refrain from using confidential information for unethical, illegal, or personal advantage.

6)     Maintain an appropriate level of professional expertise by continually developing knowledge and skills relevant to constituents' needs.

7)     Achieve responsible use of and control over all assets and resources employed or entrusted.  Monitor subordinates’ activities to ensure compliance.

8)     Promote ethical behavior among peers, in the work environment, and in the community.

I hereby apply for FEAT membership. When accepted, I agree that my business and personal conduct shall at all times be entirely consistent with the FEAT Code of Ethics. I also declare that I have never been convicted of a business-related felony.
